Hi, I’m Shikha.

I’m a Certified Reiki Practitioner passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through the gentle practice of Reiki.

My journey with Reiki began in childhood through my mother’s Reiki practice, inspiring me to become a practitioner myself. Those early experiences continue to shape the way I welcome and support every client.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation and supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance. During a Reiki session, energy is channelled through the practitioner’s hands to support overall well-being.

Many people turn to Reiki as an opportunity to create space for themselves in the midst of life’s constant demands. No two Reiki sessions are the same. Each experience unfolds in its own way, meeting you where you are and offering exactly what you need in that moment.
