Osteopathy is a form of non-invasive, gentle, manual manipulation. This involves a classical-principle based approach towards treatment that focuses on total body health. This occurs by assessing and treating the body holistically. Treatments will involve manipulation of the musculoskeletal framework, this includes the muscles, joints, and spine. This unique approach to treatment will address the circulatory, nervous, and lymphatic systems.

Osteopathic Manual Practitioners do not solely focus on the problem areas of the body, but use their knowledge to understand how other regions of the body could be influencing the current symptoms a patient is experiencing. By taking this principle based and holistic approach OMP's are able to provide collective care to your body to improve your vitality, health, and overall wellbeing.

Yoga

We have an integrated approach of yoga and restoration. Our yoga instructors are trained to help people heal from injury and pain but also work through different yoga principles and practices. With that they also have their own styles that allow them to connect differently with class members.

My goal is to work with you and not against you until you no longer need me and are able to make your own positive and sustainable health choices going forward. It`s my strong belief that being an advocate for your own health, you have the ability to obtain wellness or prevent disease in the first place through making positive lifestyle changes. After all you are the only one that really
knows what works and doesn't work for your body.

based on the idea that ‘life force energy’ (universal energy) flows through us, and is what
causes us to be alive. If one’s ‘life force energy’ is low, then we are more likely to become ill or
feel stress. However, if it is high we are more capable of being happy and healthy. While Reiki is
spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. Reiki is a complementary, holistic therapy where energy is
directed to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, which can bring healing and
balance to all levels of your being.

I am a strong believer that we are the keepers of our Being and the best advocate for our own health. Hi my name is Bev Johnson; I am a Registered Reflexologist, Reiki Master and Holistic Practitioner.

In pursuit of health benefits through complementary health and developed as a result of my own struggles with physical ailments as well as mental and emotional health, I was introduced to Usui Reiki in the late 90’s. Since then I have studied all levels of Reiki, becoming a Usui Reiki Master in 2014, and a Usui Reiki Teacher in 2015. Under the guidance of International Reiki Master, Raven Keyes (Medical Reiki International LLC) I studied the Gold Seal protocol and became a Medical Reiki Master in 2016. Sensitive and aware of energy, I have also been an Intuitive for as long as I can remember. For many years I have helped others through difficult times with a ‘knowing’ and often receive messages from Spirit, which I pass on to my clients if they are open to receiving.

I help people reclaim their health by leveraging the power of nutrition. While struggling with my own health concerns, and receiving no results from seeing doctors, I developed an interest in nutrition. I quickly realized that conventional nutrition was not helping any of my issues and that a more holistic approach was. Tired of masking symptoms, I set out to find the root cause of my own health concerns and saw tremendous success. As a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, I am passionate about helping others get to the root cause of their health problems through taking a holistic approach to health and nutrition. Because I’ve been there before, I offer personal experience combined with applied knowledge to best serve you and help you feel better in your body. In my free time, I enjoy camping, weightlifting, cooking and cozying up with a good book.

Hi, My name is Jennie and I am a mother of three children who feed into my love of coffee. I enjoy walking, biking, hockey, popcorn with peanut M and Ms, watching Netflix, practicing Pilates and learning all I can about movement, the human body and our amazing brains. I am also a lover of gluten free baked goods, music and SLEEP!

Professionally, I am a Clinical and Group Pilates Trainer, Pain Educator and Certified Movement Re-educaiton Specialist. I have completed trainings and certifications in: Pilates, Yoga, Pre/Postnatal Fitness, Core and Pelvic Health, Functional Neurology, Pain Science and Foot Health. I am also a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner.

I have lived a life of chronic pain and have identified with the feeling of being broken. It was the belief that I was not meant to enjoy life and that there would always be limitations out of my control, that held me back from living life to the fullest and in fear of more pain.

I have always been intrigued by the human body and all the amazingness we truly are. It was this interest that led me to start studying anatomy, biomechanics and most recently functional neurology and pain science. I studied these areas completely out of interest and a desire to create a movement practice where I could help others, not realizing how much the education would be helpful for me.

I have learned we do not have to live in pain or with many of the limitations we may be experiencing. Non of us are broken and we are all capable of growth and change. We are all so much stronger, capable and resilient than we often recognize. We are not static and by using the power of neuroplasticity (the ability of the brain to change) and the absolute strength of our bodies, we can minimize pain and optimize our daily and athletic performance.

I absolutely love what I do, and although I love every aspect of my movement practice, my favourite part is seeing the “aha” moments when clients really start to see change. I love when clients are able to recognize that although they received my support and guidance, it was their active participation that created the these changes, and the power to make transformations was and will continue to be a part of who they really are; Strong, Capable and Resilient.

My practice is inspired by the following quote:

“There is more to us than we know. If we can be made to see it, perhaps for the rest of our lives we will be unwilling to settle for anything less”. Kurt Hahn
